Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Refund: Cancellations will receive store credit for future purchases.
Transit Damage
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

What to Do: Record a video while opening your parcel, clearly showing the item and the damage.

How to Request a Replacement: Email the video to support@lyfbright.com.

Note: Without an opening video, we cannot process a replacement or refund.
Exchange Policy

Same Product Only: Exchanges are allowed only for the same product. If out of stock, you’ll receive a credit note for future use.

Request Time: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lyfbright.com with your order details.

One-Time Exchange: Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Not Eligible for Exchange: Customized, sale, discounted, or promotional items.

Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, with all tags and labels intact, and in the original packaging.

Size Issues: Contact us within 48 hours if there’s a size issue.

Shipping Costs: You may need to cover shipping costs if reverse pick-up isn’t available in your area.
Return and Refund Policy

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 4–6 business days after approval and credited to your original payment method.

Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a video of the unboxing to initiate the return process (refer to the Transit Damage section for further details).
